School for me was not the most inspiring place. I was quiet and retiring on the surface but a secret revolutionary developing a silent but burgeoning dislike of authority in all its forms. I had a couple of special friends but was never invited to join the 'in' crowd. My personality was still forming. I had no way of impressing it on anyone. I had zero marketing capacity so I could never sell my coolness so that there would be buyers.

You're trying to prevent those accidents which will quickly turn into bad habits. Dogs don't learn quickly from there accidents as fast as you might think. Even though they don't enjoy having to learn this process of training, its vital you keep reinforcing the training process again and again until the results become good habits.

The emphasis on intent is important in tai chi because the use of strength is very different than other martial arts. Tai chi uses slow, soft force to deflect or divert an opponent's energy instead of meeting force with force. This allows time for your mind to contemplate the movement and imagine the movement in your mind before your muscles actually move.

I was also never into hot water. But now that I live in the Pacific Northwest I have an appreciation for tubs. I'm glad I am usually not shy. And am amazed how non-sexual I find the baths. Bodies are of so many sorts. If women went topless I bet men would be less fixated on sex and everyone would be more at peace. There is occasional beauty outward and often beauty inward found with people there and now here. We make sex overly important by our thoughts and conditioning and other societal games (make up, advertising, high heels -- my thought not Esalen's).

Simple, you say? If you've been in MLM for any time at all you will know that even the most simple of things are not always easy. It takes an impressive amount of determination and discipline to stay the course even though there may not be much in the way of income at the start of your network marketing career. Although we all dream of time and lifestyle freedom, the reality is that it doesn't happen overnight. Only the most tenacious will endure, continuing to do what must be done in order to reach the goal. Those who do will reap great rewards as they recruit, recruit, and recruit.

When you are practicing tai chi, move slowly and continuously and use intent to move beyond the physical part of the form. This helps to develop a strong mind-body connection. Qi gets stronger as it continues to flow, just like the force of water gets stronger as it flows downhill. If you stop moving during the forms, your qi also stops moving.

If I could have actually spoken to boys I think I would have had more to say to Adam, the golden poet than to the endearing but less complex John. Needless to say I could hold hands and even kiss but both relationships ultimately folded because I really didn't know what you said to boys when all that was done.
