It is the single most effective tool any teacher can employ. Think about your own life - if you call a company and they just want to make money from you, you can tell instantly can't you? But if you call a company and they're willing to do whatever it takes to make your life easier, solve your problems, meet your needs and answer your questions - don't you just love it?

If you tested five new things every month and just one out of the five was successful (if you use our monthly teaching strategies it's more likely to be four out of five) then at the end of a year you would have twelve new proven teaching strategies to add to your mix. So testing and measuring all of your teaching is the first golden teacher rule for motivating learners.

Never Mistake the Egg as the Gift. We have become a society that values things more than people. It is often joked, tongue-in-cheek that you are only as good as your last accomplishment. That is the ultimate lie. We are not a collection of the things that we do, the sale that we make, or the goal that is conquered. You are the gift. You are the Golden Goose. The egg is just the last thing you created.

Once you turn your focus inward to be present with your own beautiful being, it's the perfect time and space in which to listen to your heart. For entrepreneurs, it's easy to get wrapped up in the external world of money, success models, marketing, networking, creating, etc. But, none of the external aspects of your business will come together with grace if you don't take time to listen to what's TRUE for you.

growkit golden teacher Perhaps rather than dependence on chemicals and substances outside ourselves there may be other ways which are more effective in changing ones' consciousness. Permanent positive ways. These include prayer and meditation. (As well as movement and sound, touch and massage and yoga and hugs). Doctors should be allowed to treat their patients with ways that are effective and also the least harmful. Harmless even if they do not work. (So other ways can be tried).

Eye Color: People with deep skin tones usually have dark brown eyes. So choice of hair color should also be based on color of eye. The eye colors with yellow base like green, hazel or brown go perfectly with gold, auburn and red as these are warm hues. Similarly blue or grey colored eyes perfect with gold or ash tones having blue base that lie in category of cool colors.

It, like all of Esalen, is a happening and a place to work through stuff in one's life. Some classes teach the elderly how they can now move -- more slowly or differently and with less or no pain. The flavor of Esalen ranges from intense focused Tantric workshops -- a gazing into your future mates eyes or an early morning meeting by Esalen's staff to a room filled with canvas's and artists to people clobbering each other with pillows or making strange noises or movements. The space is clean and clear (cleaned after every workshop at least) and infinitely higher vibrationally than ordinary existence (fast food restaurants and most of the places I use to hang out).
