While the additional education certainly helped and my career progressed, I still found myself frustrated. Education wasn't the only golden key to success. Give your child some time to try and sort things out. Children are adaptable and are capable of finding ways around problems they have in school. Sometimes the ways they choose work, sometimes they don't. But always give your child a chance to work things out for themselves before you jump in to provide support. I suggest that you give your child up to four weeks to try and work things out. That gives them time to try new ways of working and to settle into one that suits them.

We're not talking about some vague concept of adding value. We're talking about a deep commitment to enhance the lives of those you teach. Why is this so important? But if you call a company and they're willing to do whatever it takes to make your life easier, solve your problems, meet your needs and answer your questions - don't you just love it?
